All products available on this website are specially made to order. Therefore, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

In the event of shipping damage or receipt of an incorrect order, please email me at sheetal@artbytoor.com along with a photo if you can, so that I can either expedite a replacement or issue a refund (on a case-by-case basis). Order issues must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund.
